The Internet is now packed with ‘Agents’ for Spain & just about any Country in the World you care to mention!. As far as Spain is concerned, just a small number are long established & therefore fully experienced like ourselves. Many are Linked to one or two Developers only, others can be Sub Agents (Sub Agents of Sub Agents even!), or Franchises of some kind etc.. A good number have never even seen, carried out any checks or researched the Properties & Developments they display.......Not ideal for continuity, security or after sales service is it?. For our part, we have always provided a very Personal Professional Service to our valued Clients, & continue to do so to this day, thereby enabling us to address all potential Clients concerns, interests, aspirations & requirements in detail, thereby ensuring a successful& secure investment in a Spanish Freehold Villa, Bungalow, Town House or Apartment.

Chilcott Villas/G&R Properties is now & always has been totally independent in every respect. Our Contracts & Agreements are DIRECT with the Spanish Builders, Developers & Promoters we have carefully selected to represent.

Gordon Chilcott is in touch with these Developers etc. on a continual basis, regularly visiting their Offices, viewing Projects & Building Licenses, as well as monitoring availability & progress, checking out New Releases as they become available, taking photographs, up dating Client Brochure information etc. etc.

We continue to offer SPAIN only, as we truly believe that this Country, & particularly our specialist areas of NORTH COSTA BLANCA still provides Superior quality Properties & Infrastructure , a choice of Settings & Areas, unbeatable Lifestyle experiences, easy access from the UK & Ireland etc. Plus, a long established Legal process with Secure Freehold Title Deeds.

We do not have any Sub-Agents acting for us in Spain/UK, or anywhere else for that matter.
